National & International Competition Results

Denise and I regularly enter both National (BPE) and International (FIAP) Exhibitions.
BPE:
British Photographic Exhibitions exist to encourage photographers to enter exhibitions and to recognize successful entrants via the issue of the Crown Awards photographic distinctions.
We have both been awarded BPE3*.
FIAP:
Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique,
(The International Federation of Photographic Art)
FIAP distinctions for success, in their exhibitions, include:
AFIAP Artist FIAP
EFIAP Excellence FIAP
News arrived today (5th June 2011) advising that we have both been successful in our applications for AFIAP. Well Chuffed!
Some of our recent results include :-
Bebington BPE 2010/11:
Denise 5 acceptances while I got just 2 with Mist At Biscuit Basin receiving Highly commended.
Southport BPE 2011:
Denise 2 and I managed 4 acceptances.
Vale if Evesham BPE 2011:
Denise 6 beating me with 4 acceptances.
Rushden BPE 2011:
Denise 3 with Sisters receiving Highly Commended and I got 4 with Dawn Duel receiving a BPE Ribbon and Misty Dawn a Silver Medal for Runner up in the General Section
Great Barr Panel BPE 2011:
Denise 6 and I managed 7 acceptances
Solihull BPE 2011:
Denise 5 acceptances with Sisters receiving Highly Commended while I just got 2 acceptances.
GDPU 2011
We each got 3 acceptances but unfortunately no awards.
BEYOND 2011
Denise 1 and I got 3 acceptances all in Nature.
DINGWALL 2011
Denise 4 acceptances with Splash Down being awarded Highly Commended and a BPE Ribbon, I managed just 2 acceptances
GREAT BARR 2011
We both got 5 acceptances each and Denise's Female Broad-bodied Chaser received a Commended
HAVANT 2011
2 acceptances each
SHREWSBURY 2011
Denise 1 acceptance and I managed 2
BROMSGROVE 2011
Denise 3 acceptances including Commended for both Goat Man and Female Broad-bodied Chaser and A ribbon for Splash Down and I got just 2 acceptances
GUERNSEY 2011
Denise 3 acceptances while I got 4 with Life On The Line getting Honours
Great British Small Print Circuit FIAP: 2011
Denise totalled 19 and I got 29 acceptances over the four salons in the circuit.
Bristol FIAP: 2011
Denise 4 with Early Evening Pushkar receiving a Honourable Mention and I got 6 acceptances.
Smethwick FIAP 2011
Denise 2 and I got a massive 10 acceptances
